For the first time in a century, access from within the house to the terrace level was granted, breathing new life into the mansion’s historical charm.
The second restoration, led by Loucas Nomicos in 2013, brought about a significant metamorphosis, changing the mansion’s purpose from a residence to its current incarnation, Oia Mansion. Throughout this transformation, the restoration team remained steadfast in their commitment to preserving historical integrity.
